It's random and I've never figured it out. Can you see if someone else can duplicate, both on that same version and a newer one? I would wait for about a week if it returns. If not, I would close this as "wontfix" because it would take significant time to analyze what was wrong with a very small chance of success. And even if found and fixed, it would fix a very un-important/rare case with small consequences. |
