Description of problem:

httpd hit high CPU with long running (potentially indefinite) loops in ap_discard_request_body with DumpIO enabled, although LogLevel was set to exclude DumpIOs messages:

A fix for this issue is not going to make it into RHEL 6, which is in the Maintenance Support 2 Phase and receives only selected urgent priority bug fixes. In order to request re-evaluation, please reopen the bug, propose it for RHEL 6.10.z, and provide business justification for inclusion in an errata stream. Thank you!
