Description of problem:
/etc/xinetd.d/cups-lpd is flagged executable. It is clearly a configuration 
file that should have permissions set to 644. The spec file for the cups RPM 
should probably be updated to ensure that configuration files are installed 
with the correct permissions.

This is fixed in the current development version, and will be fixed in the next
release.  There are no ill-effects of the current mode, and there will not be an
update for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 for this issue.

The fix was made in version 1.1.22-2, a later version than the one shipping in
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.
