Description of problem:

sbd is currently not being built for alternate architecture aarch64,
but will be required for the mulit-arch effort.

sbd-1.3.1-7.el7


How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rhpkg scratch-build --target rhel-7.5-candidate

Actual results:
Architecture aarch64 is not included

Expected results:
Builds as well for aarch64
