Describe the issue: 
The list of supported smart-state guest operating systems isn't complete.  It also lists OpenStack as guest operating systems.  

Suggestions for improvement: 
It should most likely match the documentation in CF 4.5 (https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_cloudforms/4.5/html/support_matrix/index#os_smart_state)
