Description of problem:

mysql_config --plugindir prints wrong path

1. mysql_config --plugindir

Actual results:
/usr//usr/lib64/mariadb/plugin

Expected results:
/usr/lib64/mariadb/plugin

A working mysql_config is needed to build a new release of the package vdr-epg-daemon

I found, the issue, fixed it and rebuilt the package.
