Would it be possible to add to EPEL 7
   python-twisted-mail

I need is as a BR dependency for a later
   buildbot in EPEL 7

It's been a while since I've looked into this but I don't think it'd be as simple as adding a new dep for epel7. I remember having to create compat packages for twisted to get a newer version than what comes with RHEL.

If you can get it figured out, I don't have any objections. It just ended up being more work than it was worth in my eyes.
