Steps to Reproduce:
1. install slingshot-launcher with `dnf install slingshot-launcher` (This is done from a clean installation of Fedora.
2. attempt to start slinghshot-launcher from commandline with the command `slingshot-launcher`.

Actual results: 
bash: slingshot-launcher: command not found...

Expected results:
Slingshot-launcher begins.

This is expected, as slingshot has been converted from an executable to a wingpanel indicator about 2 years ago (for elementaryOS loki).

So, the slingshot-launcher package now only contains a wingpanel plugin, but no standalone executable.
