Description of problem:
When trying to check the VM Import from the storage domain tab, the button is grayed out. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Software Version:4.2.2.6-0.1.el7

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate Storage --> Domains.
2. Select one of the storage domains --> VM Import 
3. Import button is grayed out

Actual results:
The button is not available to start VM import. 

Expected results:
The button to import should be available.

Alternative navigate to: 
  Compute --> Virtual Machines --> Select available options.
