Description of problem:

The previous advisory for cockpit-ws-docker (https://errata.devel.redhat.com/advisory/31879) was accidentally built against an outdated base image. Rebuild it against the final one.

Details are in https://projects.engineering.redhat.com/browse/RCMWORK-7704, but it is impossible to attach that JIRA ticket directly to the advisory, so this is just a stub.

resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a
resolution of ERRATA.
