Description of problem:
The first time I try to send data with Atan UC-232A it is no problem. But the second time I send, the port opens and no more happens. I have to unplug it and start from the beginning to send new data.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Plug in the Aten UC-232A in a USB port
2. Run echo 1 > /dev/ttyUSB0
3. Run echo 1 > /dev/ttyUSB0

Actual Results: The RTS and DTR stay open and echo are locked

Expected Results: The data sends, the port close and echo returns
