Didn't open the HostedEngine page from cockpit while using IE 11.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Using the IE11 to login cockpit
2. Check the HostedEngine page

Actual results:
After step2, open the HostedEngine page failed.


Expected results:
Open HostedEngine page successfully
