Description: sssd-kcm is not installed by default on f28+.
It's important to mention that it was part of @core in f27, as seen in: https://pagure.io/fedora-comps/blob/master/f/comps-f27.xml.in#_759

This appears to be similar to BZ #1569183 in that what I think happened is that a PR for fedora-comps did not get merged until after F27 stopped being Rawhide, and as a result F28+ did not pick up the change.

It's probably too late to fix this for F28 GA, but we should get a PR out to correct it for F29+.

I'm adding it back to F29, but I think we should probably not change F28 at this point, since all domain-client validation testing has been done without it and I don't want to change it for netinstall users. However, if we slip F28 GA release, we might request an FE and retest with this package available.

This landed a while ago in comps for F29.
