Describe the issue: 

Opening this bug to address feedback received from the SA (Louay Shaat) that’s been asked by customers specifically from a docs perspective - 

- How to modify the approval process for a service provision request within CloudForms (by default everything is auto-approved). 
- The current content that defines how that’s done is very generic and high-level so need more details as that’s an expectation every customer will do that task. It involves modifying the ruby code etc. Is there a standardised process to do this? Doc needs to add more guidance to shows how it’s done.
