Description of problem:
in kde control center, peripherals, printers, selecting administrator mode generates an error message:

"the specified library printmgr could not be found.

This diagnostics is:
Library files for "kcm_printmgr.la" not found in paths."

note the kde installed is for some reason the i386 version. wierd. this is a fc4t2 install, followed by a 'yum groupinstall kde', followed by a few 'yum update's

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. KDE -> control center
2. -> peripherals
3. -> printers
4. -> administrator mode
  

Actual Results:  error message

Expected Results:  admin mode

'yum install kdebase.x86_64' fixes the problem.
