Hi Florian, Hmm - are annotations turned off when building plugins ? I had assumed that they would be enabled. Anyway, I have gone ahead and implemented rebuilding the plugin with itself enabled on the compiler command line, as this does seem like a good idea. I baulked at rebuilding it for a third time as this seemed to be a little bit over the top. The notes should not affect the performance of the plugin in any way. One thing I have not tested yet, is what happens if the plugin is enabled twice on the command line. Theoretically this would produce double the notes, but that should not matter to the consumers, and they would be eliminated if the notes are ever merged. But that is in theory, I have yet to check this in practice. Cheers Nick New annobin versions: annobin-5.2-2.fc28 annobin-5.6-2.fc29 I have updated the annobin spec file to rebuild the plugin with itself as a plugin during the process. This actually works! So now the plugin has annobin notes of its own. This message is a reminder that Fedora 28 is nearing its end of life. On 2019-May-28 Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 28. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time this bug will be closed as EOL if it remains open with a Fedora 'version' of '28'. Package Maintainer: If you wish for this bug to remain open because you plan to fix it in a currently maintained version, simply change the 'version' to a later Fedora version.
