Description of problem:
Tuning guide says:

The default configuration for KeepAlive for Red Hat Satellite is found in /etc/httpd/conf.d/05-foreman-ssl.d/katello.conf

The correct file is /etc/httpd/conf.d/05-foreman-ssl.conf
