Description of problem:

There are two issues:
1) Migration time elapsed on Migration screen is incorrect. It is less than the actual time, in my case, it shows  15 sec for migration that took more than 10 mins.
2) Migration time elapsed on Migration Details Page never stops, timer goes on post migration.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create migration plan
2.Execute Migration Plan
3.Check the time elapsed on migration screen and then click on migration plan to see its details 

Actual results:
See GIF attached

Expected results:
1) Migration time should be correct on migration Screen
2) Migration time should be correct on migration details screen, timer should stop when migration completes.

This is not entirely fixed. 

There were two issues:
NOT FIXED: 1) Migration time elapsed on Migration screen is incorrect. It is less than the actual time, in my case, it shows  15 sec for migration that took more than 10 mins.

FIXED: 2) Migration time elapsed on Migration Details Page never stops, timer goes on post migration.

Yes, I see all issues with this being fixed. I validated this on 24th May Master Nightly MIQ Build.

On 5.10.0.2, session timeout correctly logged me out and showed me CFME login screen.
