Description of problem:
Our current tenant configuration is:

- My Company
  - Demo-Tenant

The VMware provider was added with a user logged into the 'My Company' tenant and services/vms have been provisioned at the root tenant level. We would like to change our tenant configuration to:

- My Company
   - Demo-Tenant
   - Test-Tenant
In changing the structure, we would like all objects that were originally associated with the root 'My Company' tenant to be migrated to the 'Demo-Tenant
' tenant. This includes services,vms, provider, etc
