Build: Satellite 6.4 snap1

Steps:
1) Go to Subscriptions page
2) Try to import Manifest

Actual Result:
UI is broken and cannot upload manifest PFA

Expected Result:
Manifest upload should be functional

Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite 6 since the upstream issue http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/23176 has been resolved.

Verified in Satellite 6.4 Snap 4.

The subscription page now renders correctly and manifest actions work as expected.
