Description of problem:
On CentOS 7.4 thermald fails to start with a dbus error:

D-Bus.RequestName RPC failed: Connection ":1.159" is not allowed to own the service "org.freedesktop.thermald" due to security policies in the configuration file

Install thermald on centos 7.4 and try to start it via systemd
