Description bastiaan 2000-08-08 16:58:11 UTC
The kernel detects only the first 64MB of my computer, instead of the full
128MB. My configuration:
CPU: AMD-K7, stepping 2, 500 MHz
MoBo: Asus K7M
Memory: single 128MB SDRAM DIMM, 100MHz

Workaround:
Add append="mem=128M" to parameters in /etc/lilo.conf

If you don't want to add an append line to lilo, you can either turn of ACPI in
the BIOS or use a 2.4 kernel, which doesn't have this limitation.
