Description of problem:

In GNS3, ubridge can't be used as a non root user.



The capabilities are not right :
#getcap /usr/bin/ubridge
/usr/bin/ubridge = cap_net_admin,cap_net_raw+p

To solve the problem i changed the capabilities to :
# setcap cap_net_admin,cap_net_raw+ep /usr/bin/ubridge
