Description of problem:

The Patternfly Login screen has been completely redesigned: http://www.patternfly.org/pattern-library/application-framework/login-page/

CFME UI Login screen should be updated with the latest code for Multi-Factor and Single Sign-On. This also needs to be productized for RCUE, incorporating the existing custom logo functionality.
