Description of problem:

"Reconfigure this VM" option is available in the OPS UI through which one can 
 modify the things like Memory, CPU and Disks. 

( Select VM > Configuration -> Reconfigure this VM). However, this functionality is not present under the Configuration button in the Self Service UI. From self-service perspective, having this functionality is important.
