Text from 'Search Rules' field is using for 'Find system' field when click 'Inventory' menu

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open https://access.redhat.com/insightsbeta/rules
2. Enter some text to 'Search Rules' field and click 'Search'
3. Click 'Inventory' in sidebar

Actual results:
'Find system' field is empty, but search_term field is using text from 'Search Rules' field and  search filter is activated

Expected results:
'Find system' field is empty and search filter is not activated
