Description of problem: I cannot rebase Python tot 3.7 because dnf FTBFS on rawhide. The build fails with both Python 3.6 and 3.7, becasue it's legacy Python tests that fail first.

I found the root cause.
The tests broke due new libmodulemd being available - it started with data validation and we needed to change test data. The change is in upstream already.

We'll get new DNF build as soon as possible.
