Description of problem:
php-pecl-amqp requires librabbitmq.so.1()(64bit), which is provided by librabbitmq-0.5.2-1.el7 from EPEL.  RHEL 7.5 added librabbitmq-0.8.0-2.el7, which provides librabbitmq.so.4()(64bit).  Please rebuild php-pecl-amqp against the new soname.
