Can check-mk be updated to version 1.4.0 for EPEL6? The newer check-mk-agent contains a few fixes I'd like to utilize.

Pat,

EPEL 6 does not ship the devtoolset-7-toolchain (or any other devtoolset package) on the builders and a newer GCC is required for the check-mk builds to succeed. That is why while the relevant spec [1] is updated against check-mk 1.4.0 I can't submit a new build to have the package included in EPEL 6 as well.

I'd suggest downloading the SRPM and build it on your own by manually including the devtools repository on your mock setup [2].
