Description of problem:
Two issues :
1) Selecting any value in dynamic dropdown , selects the next value.
Means if there are two values "A" and "B". When i Select A , B is selected.
2) selecting any value in first dropdown should load values in second dropdown .
No values are loaded though.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import the dialog and domain attached .
2. Select Contract A . Contract B gets selected .
3. In Location no values are loaded .
Select contract A and now values are loaded in the location dropdown.
