Now node image is being prepulled before install, PR https://github.com/openshift/openshift-ansible/pull/8172.

Could you verify it still throws errors on openshift-ansible-3.10.0-0.51.0?

Verified this bug with openshift-ansible-3.10.0-0.51.0, and PASS.
