Doc Text:	NFV deployments require additional scripts to be executed as NodeUserData during the deployment. This configures the kernel args and tuned. Previously, these files were part of the documentation, but with this release, the files are in the tripleo-heat-templates repository. If the deployment has additional user changes, copy this file, add the additional changes, and use the new file for the deployment. For OVS-DPDK deployments: resource_registry: OS::TripleO::Compute::NodeUserData: /usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/firstboot/userdata_nfv_ovsdpdk.yaml For SR-IOV deployments: resource_registry: OS::TripleO::Compute::NodeUserData: /usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/firstboot/userdata_nfv_sriov.yaml NOTE: These files are based only on the Compute role. As per Cristopher's mail - 


Not a doc bug, we really only have to check if the templates are
included in the RPM.
No test to do.

Just checked on the latest puddle - rxtx-testing -
package - openstack-tripleo-heat-templates-5.3.10-17.el7ost.noarch has all the required template files from the commit - https://code.engineering.redhat.com/gerrit/#/c/140851/

post_deploy_nfv.yaml is no more required with the latest tuned package available as part of rhel 7.5 update with this osp10 release. Changing the doc text to accordingly so that only first-boot (user-data) is added.

The file is not removed from the repo, will be done in next release.
