Untagging that still didn't allow rawhide compose to complete. ;( setup was also modified for this change. I've untagged the latest setup now so hopefully we get a rawhide tomorrow. 

also, added setup maintainer here for FYI.

Sorry, I didn't notice this during the weekend. I'm already working with chkconfig maintainer on resolving this.

However, AFAIK there shouldn't be any change in setup which should influence this.
