Description of problem:
Older v2v - single VM transformation migration needs to be deprecated, 
as we have the "Infrastructure Migration" replacing it.

Martin,

As agreed, the old v2v should be removed for coming CFME-5.9.4 GA (mid August).
Would you please change this bug target to CFME-5.9.4?

    Remove VM Transform buttons

    Remove 'Transform tagged VMs to RHV' and 'Transform this VM to RHV' from
    the toolbar.

We have missed the deadline of complete code removal, so changing this as UI change (which was already merged and backported to 5.9). We will be working on full code removal as a part of 5.11, but that would be only a code change so no need to have a bug for that.

Verified on 5.10.0.15/RHV-4.2.3

Options Transform this VM no longer exist for a down VM in VMware, in CFME, that is also connected to RHV.
