Description of problem:
I upgraded my Fedora 26 X 64 Cinnamon edition to 28 by DNF without error message. I saw after upgrade new tool in system setting under "Administration", called "Driver Manager". 

I tried to use it by clicked it but no any windows or dialog opened to me ! It does not work at all !

I post about this in Fedora community forum & they command me to open this bug here. Please look to this link:

How reproducible:
Try to open "Driver Manager" from system setting of Fedora 28 Cinnamon edition.

Actual results:
No thing opened to me !

Expected results:
New dialog or window opened to me & asking me for sudo password - as the case with other tools like firewalld or login window ....

cinnamon-3.8.4-1.fc28, cinnamon-menus-3.8.2-1.fc28, cinnamon-screensaver-3.8.2-1.fc28, cinnamon-settings-daemon-3.8.3-1.fc28, muffin-3.8.2-1.fc28, nemo-3.8.3-1.fc28 has been pushed to the Fedora 28 testing repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
