Description Tom Deseyn 2018-06-06 15:14:11 UTC
Description of problem:

ASP.NET Core 2.1 applications built on RHEL will continue to use the 2.1.0 version of ASP.NET Core packages even when patch releases are available.

This is a problem specific to source-build .NET Core.
Microsoft .NET Core relies on an up-to-date ASP.NET Core shared framework on the runtime system.
