Description of problem:

Errata Installation via remote execution does not work for the host collections

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to satellite 6.3 web UI page 
2. Go to Hosts > Host Collections > click on the host collection > Under Detail tab click on Errata Installation
3. A new pop window opens select the required erratas > Click on drop arrow next to Installed selected > Click on via remote execution or via remote execution-customized first

Actual results:

After clicking on via Remote Execution  for installing erratas on host collection nothing happens. So we can install erratas on host collection only via katello-agent


Expected results:

After clicking on via Remote Execution  for installing erratas on host collection a new pop window should come for creating  remote execution job.
