photo of error message in GNOME Software

Trying to update the firmware of a Logitech receiver in GNOME Software fails with the error message 'Unable to update "Logitech Unifying Receiver' failed to run update_detach() on unifying: request timed out.

Once I try updating the receiver turns off and I have to unplug and re-plug it to get it to work again.
