Custom buttons in 5.9.3.2

5.9.3.2.20180619200710_4f909bc doesn't contain new object types for custom buttons.

Closing per discussion with Brad (bascar) and moving the remaining custom button types to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1597914 to be implemented in next release.

Note: I created a new BZ so the description better reflects the button types being addressed.
