Description of problem:
While running ovs tests NM reach assertion.
Please note that seems to be some ovs services misconfiguration there.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
NetworkManager 1.10.2-15.el7_5

How reproducible:
s390x systems: start NM, attached config files. After a while assertion is reached.
