Description of problem:

When editing larger dialogs, the toolbar of items you can add (text box, text area box, drop down, etc.) goes off the screen and it becomes cumbersome to scroll up, select what you want, and drag back down to the bottom.  It would be better if the toolbar could float such that it was always available on the side of the dialog editing screen.
