Description of problem:

Live snapshot migration fails for VM due to source image not existing in spite of being created on the source SD and doesn't get created on the destination SD to continue with LSM operation.

Actual results:

VDSM reports the source image to be not existing and engine picks up the error and marks the LSM failed. 

Expected results:

The source image is created as per the host and SPM logs and as per the correct flow the destination SD requires to also create the same image and then perform the live migration.
