There was a regression in puppet-mongodb 2.2.0. 2.2.1 fixes this and https://github.com/Katello/katello-installer/commit/db5906c45d75eea72221712cea13923717c552a8 ensures the installer has this version.

version tested:
Satellite 6.4 snap 11

No error found while running satellite-installer.
