Description of problem:

"Not Found" error when trying to add GCE provider

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

5.9.2.4.20180501195858_35dc609

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to the CloudForms portal.

2. Add GCE provider by navigating Compute -> Clouds -> Providers -> Configuration -> Click on add new provider.

Actual results: 

Credential Validation was not successful: Not Found

Expected results:

The validation should be successful.

Hi Tom,
Is this a duplicate of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1591272 ?

Although the errors are not identical, they are both around credential validation.

Hi Bronagh, I actually thing this is not a duplicity of that particular bug - this is the very same error as we saw due to the resource API shutdown. The solution here should be just to upgrade the appliance.
