This bug is to add BIOS management feature to ironic. Having this feature in place would let operators collecting and changing BIOS settings of their bare metal servers through ironic.

There is the approved upstream spec [1] on BIOS management framework and a set of upstream patches implementing various pieces of BIOS management framework.

The first most probable concrete implementation to appear in ironic would be based on Redfish [1].
