Description of problem:
Spectacle tool has possible unnecessary dependencies to nodejs and npm packages.

17.12.3-1.fc28

How reproducible:
Run `dnf install spectacle` 

Actual results:
Dependency to nodejs and npm

Additional info:
It might have been due to the spectacle package in npm, as this tool does not have JS code in it.

Comes from kf5-purpose dependency, will be fixed there in an update coming soon (probably next week), bug #1546510
