Description of problem:
The debian-keyring package is broken in that it does not allow syncing for all stable Debian releases.  The fix is to update to the 2017 version that includes the GPG key of all Debian releases.

Can't update to 2017.7 , but I'm updating to 2017.5 , is good enough ?
