Since the mingw-binutils package is only used internal within Fedora to help
build other packages, it is not going to be exposed to the bug reported by
this CVE.  Hence I am closing this BZ.

Since the mingw-binutils package is only used internal within Fedora to help
build some other packages it is not going to be exposed to the flaw reported
in this CVE.  Hence there is no need for a fix.
