Description of problem:

Drop-down selection issue in service catalog item

How reproducible:100%

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a service dialog with one drop-down with multiple entries.

2. Create a catalog item which refers to service dialog.

3. Order a service catalog item and then select the first entire, and you will see that the entire selected is not the first, but the second one. This appends only on the first selection.

Actual results:

When we select the first entry, the second entry will be selected.
