Description of problem:
DVR setup doesn't' work due to RHEL 7.5 bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1572983.
Thebug already verified by RHEL but we still missing the fix in OSP.
Entire DVR job failed with ~34 failures.

Kernel with fix was released, moving to on QA.
